First, make sure your legs are spread apart in the same distance as your shoulders. Very important to note that your shoulders are in alignment with the target. Now slightly turn your left foot away from your left shoulder and keeping your right foot firmly in line with your right shoulder.To maintain this stance keep relaxed in the arms and joints, try not to be tense.
