Callaway HX Soft Flight Practice Balls – Practice Your Swing From Your Backyard

Jul 13th, 2010 by admin

The Callaway HX Practice Ball is a good alternative to those old foam balls which would compress all too easily and fly in all kinds of directions.  The Callaway HX Soft Flight practice golf balls have the same hex dimple pattern just like the normal Callaway golf balls but only fly around 1/3 the normal distance and they react just like the normal golf ball.  If you slice they will slice and same goes with a hook.  The high visibility makes these a great alternative to going to a driving as you can hit these balls in a fairly small space and you will be able to find them. Here is a Testimonial from freenzoid2003 from the golf link website. “find these practice balls to be very useful in that they fly similar to a real ball. They are much better than the regular foam balls and just as good as the Dave Pelz ball. The thirty pack comes with a bag too. These have dimples and behave much like the real ball. If you hook, these will too. If you slice, so will these. They fly about one third the distance of a regulation golf ball. Great for limited yard space and if you don’t want to search for balls you hit 200+ yards away. Plus they are orange for extra high visibility. With these golf balls you will know if you’re hitting good shots or not. Also, they are a good alternative to public driving range visits because of the money savings and the bad balls most ranges provide.” By practing your golf swing from your own backyard using the Callaway HX Practice Golf Balls it will save you fuel and money from going to the driving range and using their below par golf balls. Types Of Golf Cart Parts That Make Your Cart Unique

Jul 12th, 2010 by admin

If you golf often and own your own golf cart, you know that on a sunny Saturday afternoon, there is a sea of look-alike golf carts everywhere on the course. This may be okay with you, or you may have visions of adding golf cart parts in order to make your cart personalized. Making your cart unique is not as difficult as you may have thought.   The first thing you should do is take a close look at your golf cart to determine what kind of parts you wish to add to it in order to personalize it. If you live in a golf cart community, you may drive your cart around your neighborhood, so naturally you want it to represent an extension of yourself.   One way to make your cart stand out is having it painted with more than one shade. For instance, you can have a solid dark color and then add waves of another color through the entire bottom coat If you already have a nice coat of paint, you can purchase adhesive thin stripes to give it is a remarkably classy look. However, be careful with these strips because they can easily get away from you, being bubbling or tearing, so take your time, and carefully add these.   Another option is a specialized license plate that is especially for you, such as your name, a favorite sports team, or anything that helps to make it stand out. Golf cart parts and accessories can be found in any golfing store or you may wish to purchase them online.   Other custom golf cart parts to spruce up your cart includes wheels and tires, this can make the cart look like no other cart on the course. For example, spoke wheels certainly make a statement and makes your golf cart your own. Everyone notices wheels and tires, so this may be a great place to begin.   If you are inclined, you can also change the headlights to something unique such as the shape of the lights. Additionally, the rear light casings can be replaced in order to make the front and the back uniquely yours.   Owning a golf cart does not mean it must look like hundreds of other carts; you can make your cart individualized with golf cart parts. Many of the parts are very reasonably priced, so you can add them to your cart as you have the time and the funds to do so.   Golf carts are extremely popular especially in regions of the world where golfing communities are becoming more popular. Just like with the variances in automobiles, golf carts range from run of the mill to customized and it all depends on you, and how much time and money you want to spend on your golf cart.
