Cure Golf Hook
For many golfers Golf slice is the number one problem. Golf hook is also another common issue golfers deal with. Even pros suffer from golf hook, at times you will this watching them. What makes the pros different from the rest is that they can identify their faults and correct them straight away. Your aim is to be able to identify and fix. Do not fear, you have the power. Scouts Honour. From this article I hope I give you a sense of direction to stopping that dreaded golf hook. Check your grip tension,loosen up during the swing if you hold it tight. Your grip maybe the cause of the hook. When the clubface is closed upon contact it is usually due over rotation in the wrist and grip tension. Please analyse your grip constantly until you begin to understand what you have to do. Test your grip at the driving range and trial this method. During your stance, have the ball placed a little further from your body. You may stretch out a little and may cause you to slice at when you start off but you are on the right track. The main purpose in this tip is to try and do the opposite whether you slice or hook. Hopefully you will get a straight ball. Once again test this out to see if this technique works for you. Slightly aim for the right of the target if you are right handed, go for the other direction if you are a leftie.Give this a go only if you are still projecting the golf hook. This is still a good thing to try. Test this out and have fun with it. Make sure that the follow through of your swing ends with your weight on your front foot. This is very important to be aware of this. With your weight on your back foot you will more than likely hook the ball. Focus on what you are doing with your current swing. This could be the number one reason as to why you constantly hook the ball to the left.
